Rates for Tech Support are $120 per hr. with a 1 hr minimum. After the first hour you will be billed in 15 minute increments. You Will Not be charged until you are ready to begin.
We can also remotely program most Lucent / Avaya phone systems. We can customize your system to perform to your individual needs. The charge for remote programming is the same as for technical support.
